Floral fantasies by Photographer/artist Michel Tcherevkoff reflect his thoughts and ideas turning colors, forms and fantasies into images.
“Creating artifacts out of fresh flowers speaks to the short seasons of fashion and style — as I photograph the flowers they are changing – devolving evolving – it’s the process of change that I find beautiful,” says Tcherevkoff.

About Tcherevkoff:
Born in Paris to Russian nobility émigrés, Michel Tcherevkoff was visiting his sister, a New York model, when he became hooked on photography in 1970. The rest is history. The frustrated Parisian law student abandoned his studies for his passion and created a fulfilling career spanning over 35 years in the art and photography world. The recipient of numerous awards and accolades for his creativity, art and photography, Tcherevkoff is recognized by Canon and Apple as a Master photographer/artist for his innovative use of color and design.
In creating a set for a shoot one day, he realized if he turned a leaf over it became the form of a shoe. This was the beginning of his artistic venture into using fresh flowers to make shoes, eyeglasses, and handbags.
