Redeeming Gift certificates
To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during checkout.

At this time, we accept orders from the United States, APO addresses, European Union countries, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries.

shipping

L'accento Italiano offers a number of shipping options for delivery within the United States and most EU countries using Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). During checkout you will see the available shipping options and pricing for delivery to your shipment address. Unless your order contains an item that is backordered or a pre-order item, your order will typically ship within 24 hours of your order (Monday through Friday). When your order ships, you will be notified by email including the tracking number. For the security of your shipment, all deliveries by default require a signature. You may choose to waive this signature requirement and/or provide any other special delivery instructions during checkout.

free shipping

Take advantage of free ground shipping for purchases of $150 or more placed on L'accento Italiano.com to be shipped within the continental USA and free global shipping for purchases of $350 or more to the same location. Just check out like normal and the system will automatically include a free shipping option.

• The value of your order must total $150 before shipping and tax for purchases to be shipped within the continental USA.
• For orders being shipped outside of the USA, the value of your order must total $350 before shipping and tax.
• No "rain checks" on out of stock items, but the offer is good for pre-order items.
• To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
• Offer expires at midnight December 31, 2009 ET.

returns and exchanges

At L'accento Italiano, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, within 30 days of receipt you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is returned in a saleable condition.

To request a return authorization simply follow the instructions on our return form (click here). A few guidelines for returns:

• If you would like to return an item for any reason (you are not completely satisfied or you received a wrong item) you may return it within 30 days of your receipt.
• The item must be returned in original saleable condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
• Please contact us first to receive a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without this number.
• For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. L'accento Italiano LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• After we have received your return and processed it, you will be refunded for the cost of the items and any applicable sales tax.
• Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
• Your should see your refund within one or two billing cycles on your credit card statement.
